Today i feel slightly better but i am having to be very careful do a bit and then take a break. Have discovered some good day time shows one that is about a house gift i am going to have to wean myself of this otherwise i will never go out. Alex is really struggling with his Asthma Cliff was up twice in the night giving him the inhaler and at one point tried to leave him in the lounge while he got something 'don't leave me i am frightened' he said. Word of my week will be slow
